Yadhira Update

On June 7, 2007, Yadhira Rocha of Bixby, Oklahoma, was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer (Wilms Tumor). Many of you offered their prayers and even spare change to help the family pay basic bills, while Mr. and Mrs. Scott of San Antonio sent a huge gift basket to lift Yadhira's  and the family's spirits.

Well, today, December 27, 2008 we received a call from Yadhira's Grandmother who lives in Donna, Texas, inviting us to meet Yadhira, who was here for a holiday visit. An hour later we arrived at Mrs. Rocha's home. Mrs. Rocha told us that she and her family would like to thank everyone who helped with donations and prayers and proudly introduced us to a now healthy three year old Yadhira.
